I arrived quite early and was seen straight away which I thought was very good, the staff were very friendly and chatty and my wax overall was surprisingly not painful! As for value of money i'd very much recommend. Also my wax took no more than 7 minutes... So very nice and quick :)
This was my first visit to the salon, was quick and efficient. The therapist was very keen to get feedback which I thought was a good sign.

Had a facial at Sandy's last week - it was ok, however not quite worth the £39 I paid. The room was very small and slightly uncomfortable and a lot of noise from other customers outside during the treatment - the use of candles or calming music could have helped the atmosphere. Products used were nice and I was given a complimentary hand and arm massage too. Price was slightly higher than I expected when I booked the appointment and can only pay in cash.
