In and out in less than 3 minutes threading was fine. Although if you go direct to the salon they do the treatment for £5 while I paid £8.50 through Treatwell so I guess they are passing the cost of commission to the customer which is not professional.

treatment room is very small with no hooks for clothes. Staff member was very sullen... didn't really seem interested. She missed a massive strip on my leg... about 2 inch wide and 6 long. She asked me if I wanted strip or hot wax for my bikini line... but never said there was a difference in price until she charged me an extra £10 at the end. Having had the chance to check the rest of the wax there's loads of bits missed plus lots of wax still left on me. I've had much better waxes and much better service. Given how patchy it is and how much it ended up costing, was definitely not worth it. Would not go there again.
