I arrived early, but no one was at the desk. When I was greeted the therapist was eating. I had booked in for a Hollywood wax, but I did not get the full service I would expect with that. I did ask 2 keep my knickers on for modesty, but she wasn't too happy about that.

Average quality place, i would say. Plus they changed my appointment time, asked to come earlier, i went there on time and then had to wait, seems like they cant manage their schedule too well.
