The lady was polite and friendly and she did the waxing very quickly. The venue was small, but had a peaceful atmosphere. I did not know that she would be seeing someone else at the same time, but she did not make me feel awkward.

Although I didn't receive the massage that I ordered (I learned that this venue specialises in women's treatments), the staff member did try to call on the day to warn me and she did provide a very nice 30 minute back massage.
