Although my eyelash tint was just fine, I was really disappointed with the quality of the bikini hot wax. I realised after that some areas were missed and the quality of the wax was only comparable to the sort of thing I'd have done myself at home. The staff member was not very warm or friendly and seemed disinterested- hard to blame her, as I can imagine it's not much fun to work on a sunny Sunday, but I prefer someone who greets me with a smile. The whole service, with both bikini wax and eyelash tint, took only 22 mins rather than the 45mins expected which sums up how fast it was. It's a shame as this venue is very convenient for me but this has put me off returning here.

The dye was left on my brows for too long and the colour was far, far too dark. After a lot a wiping the beauty therapist said she was sure it would fade. The wax was messy and had to be tidied up with threading; I don't like threading, which is why I didn't book it. Will definitely not be going here again.

The waxing was fast and thorough. The manicure was done a bit too fast and the shaping of my nails aren't as nice as they could be if the person took more time.
