It was like the waxer hadn't been trained! She put the wax on in huge areas so it was cold before she waxed. She also did not Make an effort to get all the hairs I had to keep asking for her to wax certain areas even though Hollywood means ALL OFF. She didn't hold my skin tight or ask me to do it pulled and hurt 5x as much as any other wax I've had. Good price for my area but wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
