My appointment was supposed to be with Sandy (who is an excellent waxer)but unfortunately she was not available so Sonia said she would do the wax. I was slightly nervous but I shouldn't have been. Sonia was brilliant. She was really gentle and the wax was fantastic and pretty much pain-free. It is rare to find a salon where all the staff are so good at waxing...this is such a place! I would highly recommend it
