The treatment was fine except that I had booked and eyebrow waxing appointment, but actually got eyebrow threading. I wasn't asked before it started and as I am used to both - it was okay. But generally would expect to receive the treatment I am booking for. Otherwise though, the eyebrow threading was completely fine, no issues with that.
