My first ever visit to a salon to get a wax so I didn't know what to expect - Alex was lovely, explained the process every step of the way and had a really gentle touch which greatly reduced the pain of an initial wax. Would highly recommend for anyone nervous about their first trip to a salon, as well as those who are already experienced. Love the adjoined atmospheric cafe!
