Mishi and all the staff are very nice and professional. It was my fist time, and I loved the result of the microdermal abrasion on my skin. Definitely book another one after the holidays!

Mishi Sumaq was a pretty venue. My treatment was 15 minutes late. The bikini wax was one of the worst I have ever had. The beautician clearly had very little experience with hot wax, kept going over the same area repeated time. At no point did she introduce herself or say anything or ask if I was in any pain. She also failed to wear gloves.

My first ever visit to a salon to get a wax so I didn't know what to expect - Alex was lovely, explained the process every step of the way and had a really gentle touch which greatly reduced the pain of an initial wax. Would highly recommend for anyone nervous about their first trip to a salon, as well as those who are already experienced. Love the adjoined atmospheric cafe!
