I have been here a few times and have always had a good experience. Alex the owner is very lovely and professional but this time I had a new beautician and although she was very nice my treatment wasn't very good. My toenails on my big toes were completely different lengths. My cuticles on my nails were very sore and the skin began to peel back the following day. The gel polish also chipped away in less than 24 hours. I would have gone back to get it redone but I went away on holiday the next day which was frustrating as I got my nails done especially for the holiday! It's been just over a week now and my nails look awful. Such a shame as I normally have a good experience here.
