I booked in with Alex specifically for my facial and pedicure, as a treat to myself. I was disappointed when I received an email saying someone else would be doing it, but didn’t want to cancel.
I really wanted a nice relaxing facial, I didn’t realise when I booked that it involved extractions. I didn’t mind though, it’s been ages since I’ve had a facial so it might as well be thorough. I had to ask the girl to turn down the music, as it was blasting into the back room from the cafe. Not a very relaxing start! She was nice but her English wasn’t great, she didn’t explain anything she was doing and just started doing the extractions (after a very quick steam) with no warning. It was fine, as I said, but would’ve been nice if she had talked through what she would be doing. The facial seemed really quick and was just ok.
I’ve had quite a few pedicures here, all with varying results, but overall I would say they’ve been pretty decent. Although I do wish they had a larger selection of gel colour options!
I’d recommend booking in with Alex if you can, she’s amazing and really good at what she does. Any time I’ve had anyone else it’s just been ok. Will probably come back for a pedicure but maybe not for anything else!

Did not end up having my treatment. I booked for Sunday 11am then had a few missed calls and got a text to say my appt had been moved to 11.30am. I arrived at 11.25 and had not been seen by 11.40 and the therapist was still 10 mins away from being ready. I had to go as I had other plans. Will not book here again.

Amazing, as usual! My nails look incredible, and the beautician was really fun to chat to as well. Such a nice atmosphere too, with great coffee.
