AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! The manicure is appalling - less than 24 hours it is bubbled up and the top layer on one of my nails has peeled off. The reason is that the staff member I had was in a rush to get me out and didn't let each layer have enough time under the blue light. At one point she realised she had messed my little finger nail up and filed off two layers of 'half set' shellac polish off my nail, no soaking or remover at all!!! When I discovered the wrinkles and peeling I had left to go on holiday so couldn't get it repaired - they have offered me to go back in and "re do it" but I wouldn't trust them with my nails again! They WONT REFUND which is outrageous - £40 for messed up nails and poor customer service. Avoid using this salon!

Found my nails smudged from the oil treatment and had no offer from the member of staff to redo my nails. The said members of staff also left the building midway through my pedicure. Leaving me to take of the treatment oil. I will not be going back again, complete waste of money
