After my first visit to this saloon I would've given it no stars as after almost 2 hours lying on a bed (the actual procedure is supposed to take 45 mins) my eyelashes were exactly the same. I was very upset and demanded they do something. The staff including the beautician who had done the lash lift were so nice and polite though, even when I was complaining. They apologised profusely. They explained that the serum they used was old, that is why it didn't work and requested I come back in the next day. I did and after 50 mins I had the lashes I wanted. Lovely, lifted and curled. I have very straight lashes normally but after the second visit they were dramatic and exactly as I requested. The beautician even tinted them for free to apologise for any inconvenience. 2 weeks on and they are still very curled. Had I not experienced the mishap initially I would've awarded them 5 stars

Staff were very nice and friendly, environment very nice but the eyelash extension treatment was quite uncomfortable and I didn't feel I got my value for money

Nice salon but manicure not the best I've had - messy edges, not what I'd expect for the price unfortunately
