I arrived on time and door was shut as she was still treating another client (waxing). Let in to sit on an (uncomfortable) chair. No privacy. Started 30 minutes late, & interrupted for a client who wanted to schedule a treatment next day. Overall, wasted almost 40 minutes. Was stressful as I had a lot of work to get back to, and the environment is very no frills. No lavatory, so additional 40 minutes of needing the loo. She is very friendly & offered to discount I said no. Pedicure ok.
