Disappointed, not what I wanted. For someone who usually goes to Toni and Guys, who are perfectionist, to come here and be told my hair is not suitable layers, sadly the branch relocated and had to come here. I now look like a old lady, thank you 🙏

Usually it’s fine but whoever did wax Friday - I don’t know why such a bad attitude and felt like she was angry at me - she didn’t even use aloe Vera at end like usual. It was odd.
