First time and glad i went there, eyebrows done well and quickly at a reasonable cost - cant really ask for anything more! Will def be my new eyebrow place :)

I had no problems with the delivery of the service, my therapist was nice and efficient. I think there should be some music on, to make it more atmospheric and relaxing as the silence felt really loud and awkward and I was aware that there were people just outside. I also think the cleanliness could be looked into, the sink at the back was filthy.

No special clothes or anything for waxing time. Floor and sheets are cleaned. Not happy with service at all.. my first and last visit 😔
