The beauty box in Soho is very small- I arrived 10 mins before my wax to be told that there were 2 clients ahead of me and to come back later. Usually 10mins before a treatment in any salon is standard and you would sit and relax and wait, but as I realised when I came back- there is only one small stool in the back of the salon on which to wait. I came back and a few mins later I had my wax. The room again is very small and basic. The wax was quick and effective and my therapist was friendly. Not the place to go if you want to take your time and feel relaxed and pampered, however a perfect place for a quick drop in wax/mani/pedi.

Very slow threading, thread kept snapping etc, didn’t feel comfortable that the beauty therapist knew what she was doing as she wasn’t confident in her ability to thread. Took quite a while and I had to basically guide her as to how I wanted them done, when all I was having done was an eyebrow tidy. I’ve also been left with slight small red marks under one of my brows as if I’ve been cut slightly by the thread, which has never happened in my years of having my eyebrows threaded. overall bad service. Wouldn’t go back.
