Overall , really happy with the experience. The therapist was very helpful and spoke with me about shape and colour before starting. The only downside was I was waiting for 10mins but this may just have been a one off occasion.

Appointment was nearly 20 minutes late with little apology. No reception area to wait in, very cramped salon. Threading wasn't as thorough as my regular place but I was eager to get out and it was relatively cheap. Wouldn't recommend as Soho has lots of choices that are far superior.
