Really disappointed! First time I used Treatwell and really quite sad that this salon was made to look like something it is not. I went in for a Hollywood wax (I’m not a regular waxer) so always get a bit nervous before treatment. When I arrived I was lead in to a dingey back room buy a lady who hardly spoke English - this isn’t helpful for a treatment which is fairly painful. Other waxes I have had at other salons staff have always been friendly, greeted you and talked you through the treatment then talked about general things to take your mind of it. This was not the case here - no conversation, kept waxing the same area to a point where I was bruised. Horrible atmosphere...not worth the money. If it’s your first wax, you don’t get waxed often, you like to feel at ease and you enjoy a calming clean space...don’t go here!!
