Loyal threading customer for almost a year but over the last 3 months there has been much inconsistency with the therapists in the Soho branch. Mandy who has left was excellent and Rosie was pretty good as well however was moved to another salon. The most recent therapist I was booked in with (Thursday afternoon) was not good at all and has ruined my brows. It was hurt more than usual and she constantly snapped the threads. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

Gel polish always lasts 3-4 weeks here. It's no frills but the staff get on with it and they're super efficient.
