I arrived for my appointment 2min early, but was made to wait 20min for the therapist because the salon staff squeezed in a walk-in guest before me. They are more concerned about money than customer service. The waxing place is inside a nail salon, it was so poorly ventilated that I couldn't breathe! I had to stand outside on the street while waiting for my appointment. The underarm wax ripped my skin off - I now have severe bruising. The therapist was nice but unskilled. Poor service all round.
