I arrived on time for my appointment and there were literally no nail techs in the salon, just the receptionist. My technician didn't arrive until 10 minutes after my appointment time, and didn't start on my nails until 20 minutes after my appointment. Unbelievably unprofessional and uncomfortable experience, I felt like an inconvenience the entire time.
