Really poor experience. The salon was dirty and unhygienic, tools did not appear to be properly sanitised, and both the manicure and pedicure were rough and poor quality. During my pedicure, the technician hit my foot with the metal tool to tell me to move it.
They also pressured me to cancel my prepaid £55 Treatwell booking, get a refund and pay them cash instead to avoid Treatwell’s fees. When I refused, their attitude towards me changed.
