It's clearly popular in there so perhaps I just had a bad experience. My cuticles were badly cut and bled, still sore, waiting to heal on one toe. The gel was filed down so much, I think one toe nail almost got to flesh. I commented it to the second lady who came to paint my nails, as I was concerned about putting gel on them again but she just shrugged. Stupidly I didn't complain. Not even a cheap place, I'll go back to my higher end place with sterilized tools and nicer experience. sorry!
