After some initial difficulties confirming the booking I was set up with my treatment to take place at Coldharbour Road rather than Westbury on Trym. Having to go through this process was rather annoying.
However, the ladies who did my treatment were excellent and the results fantastic. Now I'm disappointed that salon and all their treatments aren't on Treatwell

Very good service, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. However, worth noting that you will need to pay extra for a hot wax as the price advertised in the app does not include this.

The price advertised is not for hot wax which you would expect given the charge. Was then asked to pay in addition after the service despite previously booking with them and receiving hot wax for the price advertised.
