I have been going to Beauty box for 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. I love the girls that work there and everyone is so friendly. I have always had a great experience there. Asha knows exactly how I like my eyebrows and takes real care achieving the look I want. Wouldn't recommend more. The fact I used to travel home 2 hours from university for this salon must mean something!

I could only give one star because after booking through treat well and receiving a confirmation email. I was told 4 hours after booking after I made it to the appointment that the calendars aren’t synchronised and never have been so they had double booked and i did not have an appointment. I think considering it’s 2019 it’s simple to put processes in place to stop this happening... less than impressed if it’s a known problem sort it.
