Amy was friendly, professional and made a huge effort to make sure Iwas happy with my treatment. I'll definitely be back to Beauty Box - the place has a great atmosphere.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I turned up 5 minutes early, only to have to wait outside in the cold for ages as my beauty therapist was running nearly 15 minutes late. I didn’t really get any apology for this, and then felt like I was to blame for asking to move my car as it only had a hour on it (which should have been fine had they not been running late). I was then short-changed on the massage as it was only 38 minutes long, not 45. So overall, really not impressed!
