I booked a Hot Stone Massage via Treatwell, received an email confirming that, but was told on arrival that they don’t do that service anymore and it was being replaced long term with Hot Bamboo. Not wishing to be awkward, I agreed to try that. It was awful, burnt me twice and caused actual pain with the pressure and shape of the sticks. I had to ask the therapist to stop half way through, was promised a partial refund, which hasn’t appeared. I left and burst into tears. I do not recommend.
