The staff were lovely, professional & gave a 10/10 prenatal massage. Unfortunately I was enroute to the beauty box when I received a call to say they couldn’t fulfill the full treatment due to a booking error but a shorter version could be done instead (for half the duration of my original booking) & I’d be refunded the difference. As I was almost there I agreed, assuming for half the treatment time, I’d be refunded half the cost. After 2 days a much lower amount was refunded. Feel shortchanged

The beautician was very friendly and professional. She was very accommodating. The outside of the premises could do with some handrails to aid clients with disabilities to navigate the ramp. The receptionist very kindly helped me into the premises.
