This is the 3rd time I have done my LVL treatment with them and the first two times the result was lovely but this last time was terrible. My lashes are still straight and look like they haven’t been curved or lifted at all. The staff and ambience is nice but the results this time were so disappointing. Each time I get the treatment from different girls but since I did the last 2 with different people, I didn’t think there was a problem but this result was not good. I have messaged them about this hopefully they get back to me

Paulina was so lovely and she did a fantastic job of both my nails and lashes! I enjoyed chatting with her when I was getting my shellac done, but during lashes when you have to have your eyes closed for 1 hour, it would have been nice to have a more relaxed atmosphere, but her and her colleague chatted the whole time! It’s not so much a complaint, but I was looking forward to that hour of chill! It’s not supposed to be a massage or particularly relaxing experience though, so was likely more my expectation :) I would go back absolutely!
