Had a gel pedicure and manicure and was left disappointed. When removing my cuticles she was rough and caused my fingers to bleed. Although she was apologetic, it doesn’t make up for the pain. The manicure is not neat, so imagine having sore cuticles with a messy outcome?! I had to ask her to redo nails and if it wasn’t for the shop closing I would have asked for full removal and a refund. Pedicure is also below par, I assumed hand filing gives good results but no, honestly just avoid.
