I had a Brazilian done by Ana-Maria, and she was fabulous: she's very kind and her work was very precise, thorough and quick. She's the only reason I'd come back to the place though. The rest of my experience was mediocre. I knew to expect delays and bleached towels from reading other reviews of the place on this website. Indeed, there was a 10 min delay in starting my treatment, and the towel that was lying on the bed for me when I was led into the waxing room really looked far beyond its 'best before date' and would be far more suitable for wiping up a dirt spill off the floor! I agree with another reviewer that a nice, soft towel would make such an improvement to the experience, and really shouldn't be too much to ask for. A pack of baby wipes had been left out for me, but the pack didn't look very clean so I was glad I brought my own wet wipes. Nevertheless, at the end of my 30 min session, I walked out very satisfied with my Brazilian. Other places, like Loreta Jag (just around the corner) offer a much better experience, but on this occasion, Muse was the cheaper option.
