I booked to have a full set of eyelash extensions, which I've had done many times before at different salons and once before at Beauty By Muse.
I go to the salon for other treatments and am normally happy with their service but not on this occasion unfortunately.
I laid down on the treatment bed and the door was kept open throughout my treatment meaning it was a little hard to relax. The therapist got up and left me in the room on my own 3 or 4 times with no explanation during the treatment, obviously my eye's were closed so I had no way of knowing what was going on.
She seemed to speed through the application as the advised time for the treatment is 1.5 hours and she took only 50 minutes.
I was happy with the outcome when I opened my eyes as they appeared full and all of my natural lashes were covered.
It was only a couple of days into having my lashes that they have started irritating my eyelids - I have since realised that the therapist didn't do individual lashes, she had stuck clusters of lashes to clusters of my own lashes. The clusters of fake lashes have been digging into and itching my eyelids.
Rather than the odd lash coming out I have clusters coming away and sitting bent and I now just want them off.
I really like this salon and will go back to continue with my other treatments but if I was to have eyelashes again here I would without a doubt only book with Jessica. she did them for me last time and they were beautiful. I'm now kicking myself for not sticking with my therapist.
