someone called in sick meaning that the lady was left on her own to do all the treatments she was lovely and apologetic. It wasn't her fault she was running a bit behind. she managed herself really well and did a great treatment

Very swift experience - it was 10 minutes quicker than expected which was handy on a lunch break. Cuticle work and application was very good and it looked perfect afterwards. The shellac did chip just over a week after the appointment which was a shame but I would definitely book back in again!

A wax is going to be painful no doubt but my experience here has been so much better than my last which was very painful. It was quick and sharp.

Fast and quick although there were some patches of hair left which I only found when I got home. Some staff are excellent and others less so.
