First gel nails experience in London. The application was not perfect, I can see some strikes. I felt it was a bit expensive for just gel color.

Cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff. But wax was below average - rushed, not much attention to detail and stray hairs. Have even spammed via email and text four times in 24 hrs.

End result was good but it was definitely the most painful wax I’ve ever had! She seemed very rushed and had trouble getting a grip on the strips so my skin was getting pulled a lot. I’ll be back to Muse though as I’ve had great experiences in the past and I’m hoping this was just a one off.
