I turned up 10 minutes early and was sent to waiting area and then nothing happened for 1/2 an hour. Eventually I went back to reception kiosk and was told no one had checked me in. Disappointing customer service but treatment itself good.

My nails are great for the cost, in fairness, and the staff were nice! but the products and equipment were all fairly dusty and dirty. I wanted to do something fairly relaxing and nice for myself but I didn’t feel any more relaxed or taken care of afterwards.
