Manicurist ‘roughed up’ the top of my nails before gels..have never had this done before when getting gels & now my nails are sore to touch on top after removal. I will not be coming back to this salon after this experience.

Seemed like it needed an upgrade as there weren't the facilities needed e.g. when I had my manicure I was asked to wash the filing dust off my hands in the foot spa (staff held the hose, but still it felt a little gross)

Didn't have mani or pedi just colour changes on both hands and feet. Good range of colours, very speedy service which I liked and very helpful staff with a great end result!
