Upon entering the salon the receptionist staff carried on conversation and ignored me then were quite rude when talking to me. I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to come in for a patch test as this wasn’t clearly stated. Other than that, the experience was nice.

I was pleased with my blow dry, and the result was good. However, it was a bit frustrating as the stylist was running 20 mins late, so I had to forego some of the nice bits like head massage as I was too tight on time to get back to work. I would definitely visit again though it was excellent value, and the stylist was really nice and professional.
