Was not satisfied with my balayage at all, the lady doing my hair was lovely however the salon was understaffed, which massively delayed my treatment and there was no acceptance that they were in the wrong.

Technically, the gel manicure itself was a very high standard, so can't fault that. In saying that, it was extremely rushed and was not a calm environment. I didn't even have 2 minutes to pick out my polish, before she asked to start (and I was a few minutes early). Don't think she was feeling well, so do emphathize. I have been to this salon before, with always a good experience, so this may have just been an anomaly.

Unfortunately I booked on treatwell and when I arrived for my appointment the receptionist told me it's a mistake that treatwell should not have allowed me to make an appointment and they were all booked. I was so disappointed as I had a really big event and had to scramble last minute to find another salon. Very unprofessional, especially because my phone number is listed on their booking system so why wouldn't they call me prior to me arriving to cancel? Instead I went all that way to be told they didn't have space for me. Not acceptable.

They did the job getting the gels off, but I can still see little bits of gel where it wasn’t removed totally. Filed my nails only a small amount and made my cuticle bleed from using the file too close. The end result of my nails does not look professional at all
