I feel guilty writing this because I've always had a great experience here with a haircut and lashes and eyebrows...but my colour appointment here was really quite unacceptable. I asked for my blonde ends to be covered so that I would go back to my natural light brown (half my hair was naturally back to this colour.) They said they'd have to colour all my hair natural colour - fair enough. But what came out was an extremely dark, Kardashian level brown, that does not suit me at all. The roots also have the dreaded "ginge"/orange tinge to them (I am not a redhead! Or had any orange in my roots to begin with!) I said I could see the orange and they said it was just the lighting....it is still there after multiple washes! They also said it would go back to my natural colour after so many washes...um it is still almost black!! It was a surprisingly costly session as this is usually a cheap place...I'm going to have to fork out a lot of money to get this fixed because I'm honestly quite embarrassed by it. It does not suit my colouring or even remotely similar to my natural hair - Which was chin length when I got there - they could see what it was!! Such a shame because I'd always recommended this place to others but won't now or ever think of returning.
