The blow dry itself was amazing and the staff very friendly, but it was a rather hectic environment. Unfortunately, it was my 30th birthday and my appointment was very delayed due to a busy salon so my afternoon was a little stressful. Although i loved the hair-do, they were definitely under-staffed/over-booked! They did try to rectify this with a complimentary shampoo/conditioner set at the end of my appointment as an apology for the delay, which was a nice gesture.

Wonderful friendly staff and the treatment was great. Beautician talked me through the process of microdermabrasion and gave me good advice on how to do after care and remember to moisturize, etc.
