Absolutely no reflection on the salon itself, but the pain of a Brazilian was a bit much for me. I cried like an idiot & couldn’t complete the treatment. I was so cross with myself for behaving so ridiculously & wasting money :( I’m not sure of the name of the lady who did my treatment, but she was kind & professional throughout, despite my blubbing! Everything was very clean & exactly what you’d want as a nervous person, going for their first wax. Even though it didn’t work out for me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Muse to anyone else.

I payed for a manicure but was just shape nails, she didn’t even removed my cuticles. Not very accurate and she seemed annoyed and in a hurry.
