Really nice staff, but the wax wasn’t great. Went away with lots of hair still remaining and most of what was waxed was broken rather than pulled at the root.

First and last time here. No music or radio, and no chat from the technician, apart from to ask over and over what gel I had on my nails as it wasn’t coming off (it did come off, it just needed more than the 3 mins she left then foils in for). The gel wasn’t painted all the way to the tips properly so as it shrinks under the UV lights the edges of my nails were visible, and started to chip and snag same day. On day 4 now and a large chip just came off my thumb nail, so that was a waste of money!
