I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. where to start? 1) she used sulfate shampoo despite me saying I have a keratin. 2) took off 4 inches when I asked one (started cutting without asking if the length was ok) 3) BEST OF ALL - they must be using fake products because I broke out into hives ALL over my face when the stylist kept putting my hair in my face. When I tried to move it, I got sniped at by the stylist. I told her I was having some type of allergic reaction and she still refused. I will never been booking through you all ever again - they are absolutely not vetted or professional. also, what fake stuff are they using there? Well if you want hives before an important conference - go there!
