I can't give 5* as my original booking was cancelled (after I got a confirmation text an hour before its starting time). I arrived at the salon and the receptionist said that she tried to call me but couldn't connect - Shocking London tube doesn't have service! Anyhow, I rescheduled; just lost quite some time going there on my day off and leaving without new nails. However, the treatment itself was good. Holly was careful, nice and friendly. I will most probably go back.

Extra care was taken to remove the gel polish. It was a good bonus to have nails filed and oil applied.
