The lady who did my wax was lovely and I really enjoyed chatting to her but to my disappointment was that there was a lot of patches of hair missed or ignored. Considering she decided to use strip wax for my Hollywood too, these patches could have actually been removed if she had used the hot wax for them. The only other issue is that the room is small as hell and not built out well considering my left foot was constantly trying to find somewhere to lay as there was a sink in the way! This was my 1st time at the beauty side of Muse and considering I pay the same for Luxury Wax Bar and have a ten times better experience, I'd rather travel to Islington to go there for my treatments regardless if Muse is closer to my workplace. Shame really.
