Awful wax - the lady did not seem to know what she was doing. She was applying the wax in the wrong direction, barely smoothing it down, waxing the same area over and over again so it was painful. I was left with wax on my skin so it got on my clothes and left with hair on the area even after the wax was done. I cannot believe she was even trained in waxing, I could have done a better job. Definitely won’t be returning
