Amazing professional staff, fabulous , vibrant environment . After experiencing bad hair colours at previous hairdressers, I was a little worried at first to get my colour correction and highlights done. However, the result was more than what I had expected! I cannot find the words to describe the results of my hair ! Most importantly my hair is not damaged at all! To end it, I had a nice blow dry, and I must say my hair has never been so soft!
I will definitely be recommending my friends and family here too! The customer service was spectacular! A wonderful and enjoyable experience!!
I have been comıng to Eleven haırdressers sınce they have opened ın the vıllage. I come for regular blowdrys, whıch lasts me for longer than other haırdressers ı have vısıted. I have also brought ın my Lıttle gırl to have her haır cut and blow dry. The servıce ıs quıck ın a clean envıronment.
After having bad experiences with hair dressers either cutting my hair shorter than I want or giving me really bright highlights which are not blended, I was nervous about doing anything to my hair. BUT i really wanted a change and my hair was so damaged, after seeing Eleven hairdressers instagram posts and getting reviews from previous customers I decided to take the risk. When I arrived at the salon the staff were really friendly and offered me tea, coffee.. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, she was very friendly and helpful. She started off by doing my highlights or balayage then she started cutting my hair making sure to ask me how much i want to cut off and she did exactly that, nothing more nothing less. She also used Olaplex hair treatment in my hair, which made my hair sooooo soft. Then she styled my hair with curling products and curled over it with tongs. I LOVE IT. The highlights are so beautiful and very well blended with my hair. My hair is so soft because of the Olaplex treatment and I cant stop playing with it. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that i know has complimented my hair, people I dont even know at work have noticed the colour difference and have complimented it. My hair has never looked this good. I have recommended the salon to friends and family.
