Not impressed with this venue. On the day I paid in advance then traveled several hours to get there. En route I phoned reception to confirm my booking. Literally 15 mins before appointment I had a message stating it was cancelled. Luckily I managed to fit in to another cancellation!

The service and friendliness of the staff was great however my tan didn’t develop at all.
I went for the express tan. I left it on for three hours (tan at 11.15am) and it didn’t develop at all. This happened before when I got a tan here but I returned a second time and it was great.
I don’t understand what has happened again but I am very disappointed it hasn’t developed.
