Chloe was so great! I had a gorgeous facial and massage and she made sure I was relaxed and comfortable at every step. I was in a different room to my previous treatments today and the lights didn’t dim very far, but she popped cotton pads over my eyes throughout the treatment because I told her I was feeling sensitive to the brightness. Thanks Chloe!

Again not impressed with the ambience of this establishment. I was presented with a form to complete on arrival sent to me by text while in reception. This could have been sent when I originally booked. The administration here is very bad. It's not conducive to a relaxing experience!
